Please reserve your program by the date specified on your acceptance letter.

 

Your non-refundable deposit (equal to 50% of your tuition) OR your full tuition balance can be paid in the following ways:

  1.  Pay your tuition directly at our portal HERE 

    • You must first click the blue LOGIN button to access your EXISTING account. (Do not register for a new account.) 

    • Log into your existing account with

      • Email: the Email address used in the original application

      • Password: adamant05640 (temporary)​​

OR

     2. If paying by check or Zelle, pay 50% tuition deposit OR your full tuition balance by completing the CONFIRMATION FORM.​  ​​​​

​PAYMENT OPTIONS

Whenever possible, please consider paying your tuition in full via Zelle or Echeck, which allows us to receive your payment with reduced processing fees.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The deposit, equal to 50% of total tuition, is non‑refundable.


All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

​

  • 60 days or more before the 1st day of your session: 50% of total tuition refunded

  • 30–59 days before the 1st day of your session: 25% of total tuition refunded

  • Less than 30 days before the 1st day of your session: No refund will be issued

As a small nonprofit organization, we’re unable to make exceptions to this policy. If you think your plans may change, we recommend purchasing camp or travel insurance from a third‑party provider.​​​​​
