Whenever possible, please consider paying your tuition in full via Zelle or Echeck, which allows us to receive your payment with reduced processing fees.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The deposit, equal to 50% of total tuition, is non‑refundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

60 days or more before the 1st day of your session: 50% of total tuition refunded

30–59 days before the 1st day of your session: 25% of total tuition refunded

Less than 30 days before the 1st day of your session: No refund will be issued

As a small nonprofit organization, we’re unable to make exceptions to this policy. If you think your plans may change, we recommend purchasing camp or travel insurance from a third‑party provider.​​​​​
