Application Timeline

Early Applications

Early-bird Discount
  • Apply by January 15, 2026

  • Receive decision by February 1, 2026 

  • 50% tuition deposit due: February 15, 2026

Regular Applications

  • Apply between March 1 - 15, 2026

  • Receive decision by March 25, 2026 

  • 50% tuition deposit due: April 6, 2026

Extended Early Applications

Late Applications

  • Applications received after March 15, 2026

Additional Fees

  • Day Auditor for Masterclass Sessions: $95/day

  • Round-trip Airport Shuttle (BTV ↔ Adamant): $100

  • Dinner for Guests: $25​

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your deposit, equal to 50% of total tuition, is non‑refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

  • 60 days or more before the session: 50% of total tuition refunded

  • 30–59 days before the session: 25% of total tuition refunded

  • Less than 30 days before the session: No refund will be issued

 

As a small nonprofit organization, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy. If you think your plans may change, we recommend purchasing camp or travel insurance from a third‑party provider.

Health Insurance

Participants are responsible for their own health insurance and should confirm that they have appropriate coverage during their stay in Vermont. Adamant Music School does not provide health insurance. Should medical care be needed, urgent care centers and hospitals are available in the area and accept personal insurance or private payment. International participants are encouraged to obtain travel or medical insurance that covers healthcare services in the United States during the program.
