2008 Season of the Adamant Music School In addition to the summer concert series at its campus in Adamant, Vermont, the Adamant Music School hosts concerts and special events for piano lovers throughout the year. Admission to all events is free for members unless otherwise noted. Guest admission is $6.00; seniors and students are charged $3.00.

Celebrating our 67th Season 1942-2008 Piano Concerts at Waterside Hall Menahem Pressler Master Classes Special Events Art Exhibits QuarryWorks Theater Piano Concerts at Waterside Hall André Laplante Master Classes - Five daily master classes will be held from 2:00 - 5:30 p.m., July 2-6. All master classes are open to members and the public at a cost of $40.00 per day. Participant concerts: Saturday, July 5, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. Sunday, July 6, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. John O'Conor Master Classes - Five daily master classes will be held from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., July 11-15. All master classes are open to members and the public at a cost of $40.00 per day. Cost for day auditors of these classes is $40.00 per day. Special Events Weill Hall Concert, New York City - March 9, 2008 2:30 p.m. Announcing the Behre Piano Series with André Laplante. Announcing the Behre Piano Series II with John O'Conor. July 11- July 15, 2008 Five daily master classes will be held from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. All master classes are open to members and the public at a cost of $40.00 per day. See Flyer. Concert at the Joslyn Round Barn in Waitsfield To Be Announced. Participants perform a concert at the Round Barn in Waitsfield to benefit the Green Mountain Cultural Center. Admission will be charged for this special benefit concert. Art Exhibits Sculpture: Last year's popular exhibit of granite sculpture presented by local artists will return. The works can be viewed in the Meditation Garden near Waterside Hall during the concert season. Paintings: Mollie Porter will be our showcased artist in Waterside Hall this year. Her work starts from the landscape or flowers but is a cross between impressionistic and abstract as she searches color, form and space. QuarryWorks on the grounds of the Adamant Music School.
